July 5, 1989 Baltiyskiy Bank was registered by the State Bank of the USSR

June, 1993 SWIFT membership

November, 1993 License of the Principal member of Europay International

March 25, 1994 General License of the Central Bank of Russia N 128

September, 1994 First Eurocard/Master Card credit cards were issued

September 7, 1994 Addendum to the General License for operations with precious metals

December 24, 1997 License of professional market maker in the securities market

June 1, 2001 Reorganization into a Closed Joint-Stock Company

August, 2001 First VISA credit cards were issued

April, 2003 Membership in the Council of Russian MasterCard Association

October, 2003 Program of branch network development was launched

June 30, 2004 Moody's Interfax Rating Agency assigned Baltiyskiy Bank a long-term rating of Baa2 (rus) and a short-term rating of RUS-3

2004 December Moody’s Investors Service assigned Baltiyskiy Bank a long-term debt rating of «B1», a short-term debt rating of «NP» and a financial strength rating of «E+»

December 16, 2004 License of specialized depositary of investment funds, share investment funds and non-state pension funds

February 15, 2005 Baltiyskiy Bank was included in the system of mandatory insurance of individual bank deposits

June 22, 2006 Registration of Public Joint-Stock Company «Baltiyskiy Bank» with the legal address in Moscow

2007 Baltiyskiy Bank opens new  branch in Omsk and subbranches in Chelyabinsk, Rostov, Samara, Moscow, Gatchina, Perm, Saratov, Toliatti, Novosibirsk, Voronezh, Velikie Luki. Saint Petersburg Branch opens new divisions: «B.Konyushennaya, 19», «Kondratievskiy, 33», «Lomonosovskoe», «Nevskiy, 28»

December 11, 2007 Subscribed Capital of Baltiyskiy Bank was increased up to 166,2 mln rubles in the result of additional issue of ordinary shares
